    I was sent payment to him. But he didn't push his domain more than 2 hours.. He said if his internet connection very slow. I was dispute my money from paypal. But paypal still not reversal my money because he give fake tracking code to Paypal.
    His website is: promotehealth.info

    Be aware with this guy. If my money not back, I will give him bad itrader.

    Update: He sent me $33, but dispute again.
    Paypal said if its Unauthorized transaction.
    I dunno what does it mean?????

    He said if he was canceling our transaction. It’s okay. No problem. But I said to him if he should refund my money. He said okay. But I didn't receive my money until now. He didn't refund my money.

    I had also sent him payment on Nov 22 and didn't hear back from him since then. I will wait till next 12 hours and then I am gonna open a dispute in paypal and will leave a negative itrader as well.

    Mods need to look into this matter.

    Don't wait anything. Dispute now or you will loose money.
    He can provide fake tracking code to Paypal, so i think he is professional scammer.
