    I have written a Windows XP Mode Setup and Configuration Guide

    Covering everthing from installation, configuration, hardware requirements, HAV, BIOS settings, application publishing etc.

    Hope it helps someone.

    I am not sure this is right place to do this post. But i think here i can get help. IF this is wrong section pls forgive me mods.

    My friend have done some changes in run command(services.msc and gpedit.msc) in Windows XP and whats the problem is my broadband sucks very hard to get loading sites sometimes, at that time i have to reload the site or click again the submit button. I calld my ISP and askd they said no problem in ISP it is problem with OS, so i think the change in services.msc and gpedit.msc might be reason. Does any one have any manual or procedure to make it reset to default.

    Not the correct thread but open MSCONFIG and select Normal Startup - Load all device drivers and services.

    As for your security settings reset, see here:
