    Hello,
    So the thing is that our designer made new design for our website. It look nice ok , but as he dont know anything about seo there are some problems.
    So the problem looks something like that. For example we have now
    <a href="our site"><span>Make money</span> Online</a>
    Code (markup):
    From design perspective all looks nice. But the question that is unclear for me is what kinda anchor text see google - Make money Online or <span>Make money</span> Online ?
    Any ideas ?

    Well, since you put the closing tag (</a>) Right after the word "online", your anchor text then is "Make Money Online".

    You're concerned that Google is going to interpret "<span>" as part of your anchor? Ummm...it's not. Don't worry about it.

    Don't think Google as a fool, Google is quite educated in terms of HTML notation. It will read it Make Money Online.
