    I would say maybe 75% of my site has been indexed, I am working on getting this number higher at the moment.

    Our shop has about 2800 total pages and 1240 got indexed within the past 4 weeks. The number of indexed pages actually went down from 1450. No idea why. Could be because the content (inventory) of my site changes almost daily and new pages (products) get added and others get deleted (discontinued products). Besides of that I installed a tool to get SEF url's after a couple of weeks google started indexing pages.

    My site have more than 10k posts and PR5 but G just index few hundreds pages, I don't know why:(

    Google in particular may complete the indexing of your site over multiple visits, and even after that will return from time to time to check for changes. Google will also look at the number of levels - and breadth of your sitemap (together with other factors) to work out how to distribute PageRank.

    I had 90% of my website Indexed but after some design changes i think google forgot us now only about 50% of the site is only indexed.
