If i may, and i hope you dont take offense, i would like to point out some changes that you could make to your text so that it reads better to english speaking/reading visitors, plus it will mean a slight difference between yours and the person who has taken your text.

I can edit my post here afterwards so that your text wont appear here too.

And yes its quite cheeky that the other person has done that and is clearly very lazy.

Basically what your saying is you sell paid links!
Dont worry about the idiot that stole this description let him get busted for being stupid...
change the things i marked in red off that description asap!

one of the ugliest act over the web is to stole others contents ...shame to the copier..

I had a similar problem once - when i commented on the site i got banned lol... I then had to email the owners to get them to remove content before further action was taken, thankfully it was taken down then though i doubt this would work most times

Seen it with some big sites as well, is just wrong and the "copiers" should be blacklisted from the search engines as a result IMO

there was a good post about content theft here, cant find it right now....

but the first thing u need to do is drop him a courtesy email that u take offense with this,
if that doesnt work then u take the next step,.... publishing about stuff like this is usually the last resort, coz he has no idea he's been bit**ed about, and the objective of getting that text down is not achieved!

just drop him a good email, and wait...

As pipes has eluded to, it's pure laziness. I did pick up on the spelling regarding guaranteed and thought it quite amusing that the other site had still got it wrong. The other amusing thing is the slapping on of a copyright notice.
