Selling Large Regional Forum, lots of potential

I am selling my anchor site, TalkDelaware.com

It is the #1 forum for Delawareans and ranks well for many many terms. The site has been up almost 2½ years and continues to grow at a steady pace. Because of personal issues in my life I am no longer able to give it the support it deserves anymore and wish to sell it, with a heavy heart.

This site has been my baby since I created it, it has won many awards across many vbulletin related sites for forum excellence. It has a 100% custom designed and unique skin as well.

So the BIN is 1800x revenue? So when I reach the age of about 179 years old I will break even.

Even at the $5,000 minimum bid it's 600x revenue. You *may* want to re-think the asking price.

mainly from google searches. i apologize for giving like no info. i was kind of rushed yesterday and gave you all like nothing to go off of as far as valuation. let me try to fix that.

yes it is a pr0 cause i was penalized very early on for using TLA and since stopped. the site ranks VERY well for lots of terms.

the design is 100% custom, i payed nearly $1000 for it.

it runs on vbulletin, the license is expired so i can not transfer it.

the site has won many many awards including BOTM at vbulletin.com and vbulletin.org, vbulltinsetup, admin fusion, vb-faq, and many others. It was Delaware's biggest newspaper (the news journal, delawareonline.com) "Delaware's Best Web Site 2007"

the 100 a month revenue is just off of badly placed adsense. there is a lot of immieditate earnings potential in selling local ad space as descried here. CLICK

understand this site has been my life, my passion, since it's inception and it is very hard for me to let it go, this is about the only thing of value i have left at this point. i do not want to sell but drastic times call for drastic measures and i have a family to think of
