    From what I hear eHow.com is one of the best places to submit articles, or you could also try Howhub.com. But I must admit that is not where I earn my money.

    yeah. their commision is just too small that really don't justify promoting it thru adwords. this ebay people might want you to burn money on their behalf whether adwords can works for them or not.
