What do you all do with a product you no longer want to promote? Meaning...if you have a site/mini site up...the articles with links to that site in them?

    Thanks,

    E

Just stop promoting it. It is a simple as that. You will keep on making some sales as time goes by.

Or you can decide to sale the site if you want.

I'd just stop promoting it, and let it be. It might still draw some sales down the road. I might decide it's worth getting back on that wagon, eventually.

I agree with the consensus... let the site sit there with no promotion. The only money it is causing you is a domain renewal each year so if the site can generate at least enough revenue to cover that - leave it. As others said, you may still find you are getting sales from it long after you stop promoting it.

The only other thing you can do is sell the site here on DP or other forums. Mention what sales you got through the site when you did promote it. You may be able to make more money this way than just letting the site sit... then the new person can promote the site and maybe make a few bucks.

LoL. Thing is he doesn't want to attain fame or extreme wealth that's why he wants to get rid of that site.

Yeah some people are just not prepared for so much wealth. I am :D
