My Adwords campaign is not live

I define adwords campaign. Campaign status is approved. But on the search results there is no my site (my ad). How long it takes to be live?

 

sometimes the review period can take up to a week

 

usually your account is under review, if you email them, you will know why they are reviewing your account.

 

What does it means? Is that means that every new account must be reviewed or it means that something lookd wrong in my account?

I have more account because I am working for few companies as webmaster and internet marketer.

 

Every new account must be approved, though this is usually done automatically.
For a variety of reasons some accounts are flagged to be manually reviewed.

 

I opened few adwords account. I have put adwords vouchers on each account and make some payment with my credit card. I am advertising different domains with each account. Is this allowed or it is reason for google ban?

 

You can not have more than one active google account bidding on the same keywords... They will close your accounts.

 

Google says to give them at least 48 hours to approve a campaign. If it has been more than 48 hours then you have the right to contact them. Most people don't know how to get a live person but here's how you do it.
