I need to hire a full time SEO person who knows how to get sites to page 1 on Google using white/grey hat techniques only.

You should know how to do forum posting, web 2.0 link wheels, blog posting, blog commenting, article submission, directory submission, and that is just the basics.

I also need you to have your own set of SEO skills to offer.

I see here that are so many SEO experts already, so I am not willing to make an offer here, but I still have a question.

Before I go on with that, I would like to share a tip with you:

"Scams are plentiful, "SEO experts" are in surplus, "guarantees" are full of fine print, endless empty promises and so many hands are out for your hard-earned money."

So be careful.

Now my question is: What do you mean with grey hat techniques? Just curious, and that's all I would like to know.

 

grey hat is in the middle of white hat and black hat SEO techniques. Where in sometimes it's illegal, sometimes not. sometimes good, sometimes bad.

It's like the place between good and evil.

 

If you look at my sig what my job is, you would have realized that I know what grey hat is. I was just wondering if the OP really wants to go for such a risk.
