How Googlebot first finds your site

There are essential four way in which googlebot finds your new site. The first and most obvious was is for your to submit your URL to Google for crawling, via the "ADD URL" form at www.google.com/addurl.htmll. The second way is when Google finds a link to your site from another site that it has already indexed and subsequently sends its spider to follow the link. The third was is when you sign up for Google Webasters Tools, verify your site, and submit a sitemap. The fourth was is when you redirect an already indexed webpage to the new page (for example using a 301 redirect).

There are only 4 ways which may infect your website with Googlebot virus
    • Submit your URL which contains links to all other pages of website directly to Google.com/addurl.html
    • Submit your Sitemap to google webmaster tools (and make sure to get your website verified)
    • Post a link on a page which is already infected.
    • Redirect a Infected Page to your page.

Always remember prevention is best cure.

Very nice share there but I think there is no need to submit my sites on www.google.com/addurl.html. Link building methods is already enough for my links to be indexed on Google.
