    I'm planning to create a wordpress blog (a content site) that requires wordpress themes that matches my requirements. FYI, I've sketched the outlook of the website.

    Here are the terms and conditions:
    - able to follow the sketch that I created
    - first hand unique design by yourself
    - you may not resell the design again - means that I have the sole rights of this theme
    - able accept paypal payment
