He's asking which is likely, overall, to be more effective for promoting Clickbank products: using search-engine optimized, keyword-based article marketing, or PPC.

I think you probably knew that, really, didn't you? You just fancied giving a foreigner a hard time over his English, because you haven't quite twigged yet that the internet's actually international these days, and you hadn't been rude to anyone yet today and were getting withdrawal symptoms? ;)

Oh I actually thoughts he meant search vs
content network. My answer to that would
be both work and it depends on the product.

To answer the other version of his question I would
say that PPC is going to be more infinitely scalable.
But if you can't afford to test and grow a PPC
campaign but have the time to put in the sweat
equity of article marketing then you should go
    that direction instead.

If you like to write and don't have cash it's the way
to go. If you like testing, analytics, and have some
cash then PPC might be a better choice.

That is why we and other clickbank publishers
provide our affiliates with resources for both.

article marketing and SEO ranked sites >>>>>> Google Adwords

Its not even a comparison. Dont get fooled by the many courses which claim that adwords-->clickbank is easy, its NOT.

Rather spend the money on outsourcing articles and link building and SEO.

My clickbank income right now is all from organic ranked sites and article marketing, works way better than adwords.

PPC can have a good speed to get traffic, not profit.

SEO auto-moniez are obviously great. However, it gets capped at a certain point unless you keep SEO'ing your ass off, at which point you really have to do nothing for the money.

With PPC, however, you control the amount of traffic you get. It will always be there. Yes, it is tricky. The problem is that most people don't do the math before they fire up a campaign.

They're promoting a product with a 34 payout that converts at 1% and paying 70 cents a click. Well, if you need 100 visitors to make one sale, you're spending 70 dollars to make 34, which obviously doesn't work out well.

You would need to get your CPC down to .17 cents for 100% ROI, and it's not always possible(of course your don't always need 100% ROI). Do your research and your math before putting money into the Google casino, or they will pwn your soul, and you'll just be another person saying "Adwords sucks, it doesn't work."

If you make good money with SEO, you're obviously going to be partial. But if I can develop a campaign that is a proven converter, I can pump as much money into it as I want, and guess what, it's going to pump the money right back out into my pocket. Not to mention, I'm not doing anything labor intensive(if you pay people to make your landers).I'm doing some math and clicking some buttons. It doesn't get any better.

I started off article marketing, and I was writing up to 46 articles a day. Did I make money? Yes? Did I have a soul after a year? No. I burnt out and decided enough was enough. Article marketing is great to make some money, but diversify as quickly as possible.
