That's really nice post. I haven't realized it all this time. So the moral of the story : Be good to the waiters. Heeee!
I used to work on equipment in some pretty well known restaurants and once saw an entire tray of garlic bread sitting on the floor, not good when I also saw mice running around in the same kitchen; never went back to that place again...
This is from the book "Waiter Rant", deducted from the man who has a blog (http://waiterrant.net/) who is actually a waiter in a restaurant, and has decided to anonymously tell tales of his endeavors. I read the book, and it's hilarious, not to mention VERY insightful into the world few of us know which is our meals, I'd suggest it to everyone. And of course, these suggestions are also very accurate.
Great thought. I am going to restaurants atleast 3 times a week, but never thought of these things. Will always keep in mind before going to a restaurant.
