Perhaps rightfully so for the Vietnamese consumers. Xoom's absence in the Vietnam's remittance market will certainly spare many Vietnamese the hassles of dealing with an underperforming, poor service and incapable company. Believe me, it's no loss for Vietnam or the Vietnamese consumers based upon my own Xoom experience. I even wonder how long will it take before this company will end up being investigated by the Federal Regulators for the shenanigans it plays with its unsuspecting clients' money!
