    Interesting report on search engines and their users from the Pew Internet & American Life Project here. The report is two months old, but new to me so I thought I'd share it. My apologies if this has been reported here already.

    The full 36 page report is also available from that site, below the article. Some very interesting results and chock full of stats for people interested in that kind of thing.
