Use text links inside first paragraph of your article that are relevant to the subject of the article. It can be either a blog or a regular website.

your lucky that you are not promoting amazon.co.uk. they have a £7 cap for all commissions per item!

a £1,000 TV would only earn you £7

 

Clickbank, CPA networks, some programs on CJ, Linkshare, Shareasale as examples. Amazon is pure joke!

What is so funny about my reply ? Anyway, up to you. Continue promote amazon products and get that 4% commision, less competition for me.

 

Plus a one day cookie duration, makes it a pathetic joke.

Sell the same product from a merchant on networks like CJ and you earn 8% to 15% commissions with usually a 30 day cookie.

 

You know what?I could be one of the guy who bought the "Symphony no 4" from you..

It's funny but sometimes I have no clue why certain items are bought, I don't even advertise them. Interesting to see the added value amazon gives us all by keeping the cookie for 24 hours until someone's mom or dad buys something else. Sometimes that something else is a Playstation3 bought as a Christmas gift, or a sound system.

Nice work, The bonus with amazon is that it is well known and trusted.

I do promote amazon products myself and have good success with it. but I am moving my thoughts to over more profitable networks at the moment. the one day cookie is rubbish when compared with other sites that give you 30 days, also amazons lower %age for each sale is starting to get to me.

Im looking forward to see if the trust that amazon carries will mean that my amazon campaigns out preform my new ones.

I like the tip about links in the first paragraph of your page / post, thats gold for noobs.
