Buying Progammer to develop and add this to a site!!

I can't find the scipt for this anywhere and I need one created custom.

How it works:

1. Every day (assuming theres a game) is shows the 'lines' for it
2. It must work for MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA each day theres a game

I must be able to:

1. Log in under different user names
2. Select the teams that I think will win the game AGAINST THE SPREAD
3. Exit and login as a different user name, etc etc etc

The script must also

1. Be able to track:

ALL USERS
USERS WINNING OVER 55% OVER LAST 7 DAYS
USERS WINNING 75% OF LAST 7 DAYS

2. There should be a different button to view each of the above
3. If you could add a way to track members in each sport - it would be awesome, but not necessary
4. Update periodically with the new lines.

PS. I'm not picky on looks. I will be the only one using this so it would need to be behind an admin login.

 

What language? There's a big difference between in time/price of developing an app wih rails, php or any other language/framework.

How do you expect me to extract the data from the games?

There's many issues that you should care and i think it would be fun if it was public, alot of people would like to bet in the teams that they like.

Do you want to run it on ur machine only or do you want it in the web so everyone can use?

Describe it more if you want to people have a real interest in your idea, i would surely develop it if it wasn't like "gimme the script and i give you money".
