$3.65 Adsense from just 6 clicks so far this month....Total $12.34 from September 25

Hello-FYI--this auction is being re-listed due to the fact that the winner of it previously never held up their part of the deal and never paid for the site.

As stated in title of auction, so far $3.65 from 6 adsense clicks this month, total adsense revenue is $12.34 from September 25 to present from just 22 clicks, so average click is about 56 cents, however, there have been days, where the revenue was $5.63 from just 6 clicks, so that's almost $1 per click--it varies.

Currently, this site is #7 for keyword phrase: interior painting techniques, which receives 1,600 searches per month (phrase match) with 21,800 competing pages. Site is #2 on Google for keyword in quotes (exact match).

New site, but already earning. From September 24, shortly after site was built and on first page of Google, to present the site has received 15 Adsense clicks and earned $8.31. When I built the site, I was not even considering how much the clicks would be, but it turns out I made a good choice and one day the site received $1.15 from just 1 click, so go figure.

Update: For month of November so far, site has earned $3.65 for just 6 clicks, so you can see the potential. I have not been doing anything to it at all, there is lots of room for growth. I just don't have the time nor want to to do it, therefore the reason for selling.

I have done very little and I mean very little to this site to get it where it is, so it is fair to say that with just a little help such a few backlinks, which I will show you how to get and also maybe a few articles here and there, this site will rise in the rankings and do great. The problem is that I sincerely hate to write articles I think just a couple would do the trick though.

The site is monetized with Adsense, Clickbank, Ebay, and Amazon. All content is autoposted through the use of various plugins and although the content is not unique, the site still rests on the first page in Google. I have advice for the new owner upon purchase as to how to make that content stand out as unique. There have been a few clicks over to Amazon and Ebay, but no sales as of yet.

I offer hosting as well, in addition to help changing all the affiliate links. I'm very friendly and will offer help after sale. Free site transfer if needed. Paypal accepted.

Hi - New to this process. I actually logged in looking for something else, but since this is an interest of mine and a nicely done site, I will bid $45.

where do you get the content?

 

BIN is the BUY IT NOW price. Bidding will stop 48 hours after highest bid, providing reserve has been met or when someone buys, whichever comes first. Thanks for your bid and nice comment regarding the appearance of the site.

 

The content is auto posted through the use of an article autoposter which pulls articles from Articles Base. Although, content is not unique, site still ranks nicely. I have never had a problem with duplicate content, no matter what anyone else says. Also, I will suggest a way for new owner to make the content appear somewhat unique to Google and is one of the main reasons why site is ranked so high--it's not hard at all and takes just a minute to do to the incoming posts. You can schedule the posts also and choose the keywords you want for the posts. Other content is from Amazon autoposter, also automatic, and ebay autoposter. You can add unique content as you see fit, also.

I didn't say I wouldn't accept anything under $75, I said I was looking for $75. When I said first person to bid $75, that would mean that the BIN has been lowered. In the listing, I state that auction will end no later than 48 hours after highest bid.

Question - does the new owner still have access to the auto posters or does that stop when you transfer ownership? curious what sofwarre you use to do the autoposting

 

Hey there--yes, I guess just keep checking back. New owner will have access to autoposters. Site will be sold as is. The autoposters are called the amazon autoposter, ebay autoposter, and article autoposter. All free plugins, but they do have paid versions with more options, but I haven't found the need for those.

I guess your the hightest bidder so far @ $45.
