    I have noticed that some pages that went from 0 to 3 in the recent update are back at 0 again has anyoune else noticed this and is it anything to worry about

    Well mine went to 3 on some pages during the update then a week later some pages returned to the previous rank, so I am afraid it is possible

    Stop concerning yourself with Pagerank.

    Pagerank is an awful indicator of how well your site is doing. Instead worry about the position of your site for certain keywords, build unique content, get natural links. I'd rather have a PR1 site that gets top 5 listings than a PR6 site that doesn't have any rank whatsoever. Meh!

    I think that PR update has stopped ; now everything is OK
    in all cases none of my sites rank has changed .
