    My budget is $200

    Term of payment :
    10% in Upfront, Balances after my URL have listed on DMOZ.

    I am not sure if that is possible, but I wish you luck and if you find someone to do it for $200 I would love to talk to them also...:)

    it's impossible to pay for dmoz listing, you have to be lucky with the indexing there. Therefor I highly suggest you not to fall under any promises

    You can be scammed for this - as far my knowledge is concerned it is not possible, it completely depends on Dmoz if you are submitting it under free option..if you are so serious to get listed in Dmoz then I would suggest you to rather go directly than having some one as mediator which no one can be...do not believe any one who says he/she can get you listed in Dmoz for the price you have quoted....

    Unless you bribe a DMOZ editor that is. If you need I can help you submit your site to DMOZ directory carefully. I cannot guarantee that but I have submitted 8 sites to DMOZ out of which 5 have been accepted and 3 are still pending. One of them has been submitted only about a month back. My price is just 10$ for careful analysis of your site and correct submission to the specific directory.
