    I would like to sell my House M.D Fan Site!

    from the above information you can see that traffic is steady at around 600 unique visitors per month and the site currently makes 20 to 25 dollars a month WITHOUT PROMOTION.

    I promoted it a bit when i first put it up but since then really just didn't have time for it. Now i still don't and i would like to pass it on to someone who would really like to take the time in turning this into a gold mine.

    Source of revenue: currently the only revenue stream is from the CPALead portal. in order to watch the videos a user must complete a survey. and YES they do complete the surveys.

    This site could be making anywhere from 200 to 300 a month if promoted properly but again i don't have time. The site is run on wordpress and EXTREMELY easy to run and use. I will show the winner how to properly run the site. also i will keep my signature links to the site forever to serve as extra backlinks :)

    so far this month the site has brought in $6.81 which is normal and $1.07 today :)

    again i have done no promotion and only have kept up posting new videos - the site sells itself :)

    about 95 % is from google it rankes very well for its search terms such as house MD full house episodes and house md episodes

    and again most if not all of the search traffic is from the US

    sidereel is basically a tool to obtain episodes and use as helper to gain search traffic

    The site makes 20-25 a month, but only about $8 so far in november?

    some months its 18 some months its 30 usually there is a huge spike in leads at the end of the month so far this has happened every month since starting the site. im not sure why but it seems to always work that way. very slow at the beginning and many leads at the end.

    all pms have been responded to
