    It looks reasonably good - perhaps for a real estate company or something similar. It doesn't look very original, but it's definitely workable.

    I wouldn't advise mixing serif and sans-serif typefaces in a logo, because it puts across mixed messages. Also, try making the black accent into a green that is either the same shade as the existing one or make it a different shade.

    It's good, the lowwer bit could be a bit thinner I think, maybe with the same font as above, or a more-similar one. The serif and sans kind of clash... even despite the invert / contrast between their respective blocks.
