    A site map is a list of pages of a web site accessible to crawlers or users. You can create your sitemap in xml site map generator. you can find this in google. just upload in sites root folder. You can also create a html site map.
    For google indexing you can use google's add url for submitting your site in google.

    There are several ways to get fastest indexing such as submission in Digg, submit site map in Google search engine etc.

    Hi, to get indexed, try to build some back links to your site from websites that get crawled VERY frequently by search engines. You could post up some content on Hubpages, Squidoo, or article directories like EzineArticles or GoArticles. Ezinearticles takes damn long to get your article approved so you should place more emphasis on Goarticles and Articlesbase if your main objective is to get indexed. Lastly like what others have said, social bookmark your site on stumbledupon and digg and many other social bookmarking sites!
