Buying PHP/MySQL Programmer - Gaming Tournament/Ladder

Hi there,

We are currently looking for someone to take upon a project of ours... It is essentially a gaming tournament/ladder script, completely customized (similar to something like Elite Gaming Ladder).

It needs:
- The ability to incorporate Paypal into the site, for pay-to-play tournaments
- The ability for non-administration users to create and host their own tournaments
- All the major bits and pieces of EGL

If you are a developer, or are part of a team (especially if you also do the design work), we would love to hear from you. Please give us a ball-park $ value, and an ETA if possible.

We have changed pace and are now looking for individuals to assist us with customizing an EGL script.

The customizations are fairly straightforward:
Integration of paypal for registration in pay-to-play tournaments
The ability for non-admins to create and control their own tournaments
An invite a friend / email to a friend feature.
