    Hi there,

I'm wondering if there is still a way to transfer money without paying any fees on PayPal ?? Some time ago, I was choosing ''Personal Transfer'' and no one has to pay any fees, but it looks like it doesn't work that way any longer...

Is there still a way ??

    THX

yes, the mass pay option that these guys mention is a quick and easy way to send without incurring fees on the receiver side. Keep in mind you have to have cash in the account to send mass payments (you can't fund a mass pay with a credit card)

Also - note there is a $1 fee to the sender for each payment sent in a mass pay file.

Select "personal payment" and send money from PayPal balance or bank account only. And send to receivers in the same country as yours. There will be no fees.
    OK?

Personal payments are devoid of any fees, simply because Paypal treats them as transfers between family and friends.

If you misuse this facility too often with each and every transaction, you are bound to raise a red flag to warrant a penultimate action! :(

I would not use "Personal Payment" or "gift" option to make payments, because you lose the ability to open a dispute on that.. Please keep that in mind before you use that option..
