They aren't worthless at all. I know that as a fact since I competed with a site with almost all do-follow links like 100 of them and I have 300 total links, with only 50 do-follow and I managed to pass their site.

    Hey Roy,

Thats a good case study. So, if you have tested it correctly, then it proves that these links do bring keyword relevance to the website you are promoting...

I just realize this thing a few days ago. I think nofollow links will be counted as backlinks but it will not return any PR juice to your site

I Thinks the No Follow Link is not Worthless. No Follow Links is Useful for Getting the Ranking.

They will not give any pr but good for direct target traffic. But it is good to have both as link building look natural.

Most of the guys here are telling on what accounts? Taking references from blogs and websites. Has anyone ever tried it? Have you even built links on no-follow?

All these answers are just based on facts and nothing else. It's better to try out yourself and than say whether they are useful or not.

I think the nofollow link will still give you potential traffic through that link.

You are exactly right. Think in terms of what looks natural and you will be ok. If someone has all dofollow links they are more than likely going to get flagged. A mix of both is key.

Will help in some traffic if the link is on a high traffic site, and I think Yahoo and Bing still count them.
