Does Google FriendConnect effects my seo?

Hi ,

Im thinking about to change my comments script to google friendconnect.
But i wonder if google will index comments from friendconnect? Cause you know comments are addition for unique contents so if not friendconnect wont work for me!

Please tell me your opinions.

little off topic but do you see any benefit of Google friend connect so far?
I have almost 300+ followers there but still have no idea, apart from community building what value does it offer. More over I have facebook fan page which is working way better. A Pointer will be helpful.

 

No, Google friend connect comments are not indexed.
If you have blogger or wordpress, then it is better to leave the default comment box.

A friend connect comment box is good for those who want to add a comment box but can't because they use static html pages. But because the comments cannot be crawled (atm), it has no effect on SEO.
