How can I constantly update my tweets

Discussion in 'Social Networks' started by pro.seods, Nov 10, 2009.

    hey,

I have seen many people regularly posting like 5 tweets at one time for the whole day. How do they do it?

Are they using any kind of software or something?

Is there any good software which will do the same for me as well?

Please care to share your thoughts on this.

you mean 5 at the same time for the same account or 5 new ones a day? I thought that most people used thier cell phone or smart phone to make the updates

I think Twitterfeed is Overloaded most of the Time as the Site is very Slow and sometimes it's like that you could also publish it to you facebook account and post that to twitter

If you use wordpress there is a plugin that enables you to autopost tweets. But you can't use hashtags in those tweets.

You don't need any special software to auto tweet. You can set your Facebook page, Blogs (with the plug in) to automatically post to Twitter, and what ever you find online that you want to share using browser tools like Shareaholic.

You can use Twitterfeed as well, just use it sparingly or at least narrow in on a specific niche of articles and stories to share that matches what you are doing on Twitter in the first place.

Autotweeting will not have the effect that you think it will..you still need to participate in Twitter personally, just like any other Social Networking platform. People can tell if you are autotweeting from tools like Twitterfeed and are likely to stop following you (real people) because there is no personal interaction.

Here's an example. If you set your Facebook account to auto post to your Twitter account, then everything you do on FB goes to Twitter.

Say for instance you log into Digg with your FB account, like many sites offer today..then everything you Digg goes to FB, which goes to Twitter.

Favorite a You Tube video ? That will go to Twitter via FB as well.
That's just one example, but if you make use of the Open ID, or Facebook log ins that a lot of websites, forums, networks and blogs have now...all of your actions will post across your profiles if you set them up right.

If you are active online everyday, you would be posting to Twitter all day without ever even logging in.

You can schedule your tweets using http://www.socialoomph.com/
Scheduling your tweets helps you put your tweets in desired time intervals without having to log in frequently ;)
