    Take a look of wordpress.org i used blogger and wordpress but wordpress has many plugins, a huge collection of theme and of course NO CODING NEED to use it. simply it is the best place to rock on.

    Word press and blogger.com are the best blogging sites. They are free sites also. The best i have seen and use is Blogger.com. It is very easy to use, and could put Ad Sense on it to generate some extra revenue.

    i think blogger is better as you can see my site http://insuranceminds.blogspot.com got indexed in very less time and doest make ur site down if u do little bit html editing surely u can add features and place adsense which is a big postive point first try blogger earn some bucks and get into wordpress hosting all the best.

    Even though all your requirements can'T be accepted, I recommend you to use Wordpress blog. According to me it is working as the best blogging platform. Most of the professional bloggers are also using Wordpress script for their blogs. So I recommend wordpress.
