I think that the best option in your case is to get a universal skin, possibly a gaming style one, then just make a custom header and possibly icons. It shouldn't be hard to do yourself, but if you have troubles then you could just start a contest in the Contests section and you'll be sure to get a response. Mind you, with the overwhelming reaction to the release of the new COD, there will probably be dedicated skins emerging some time soon so you may want to wait. Hope it all goes well Hecky.
+1 in regards to Hecky's post, but hiring a designer to custom design a skin for you can also be ideal, rather than having a contest! This way, people won't feel uptight if you don't choose their attempt. Just to save the drama, hiring one person to design a skin would be ideal.
