    One thing I had to note about Squidoo is that Google will "cement" a Squidoo lens about one particular topic that gets repeated.

    A good example is that I once made a really all-inclusive lens for Tokyoflash Watches...filled with content, videos, info, etc. Some other guy happened to have done a lens about the topic, but his page sucked. Yet, it was on page 1 & 2 of Google for a couple terms, and no matter what I did, I couldn't take over that ranking (not sure if it's because both lenses were from the same domain).

    This is why I'd rather not compete with already existing lenses when making new ones.

    IF you follow this step by step and make sure you get targeted long tail keywords, and optimize more than one lens for each long tail keyword, there is no doubt you will see traffic from this.

    I think promoting my lens on other sites is good but I can't find the url for my lens,
    The only way I can see one of my lend is were the edit and other options needed for me to work on my lens. How do I find the url for my lens. I need this information for both when I am building a lens and to promote all the lens listed in my dashborad
