that is a mainly used a google webmaster tool in with www or with out www.
But I saw that is min diffrence as a link in google
If you are verify a google search with www
    and with out www
than you are diffrent under stand.

Ex. in google search engin -
    1 - Results 1 - 10 of about 1,450,000 for www.helplinelaw.com
check that url copy and paste - http://www.google.com/search?client...plinelaw.com&sourceid=opera&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

    2 - Results 1 - 10 of about 16,700 for helplinelaw.com.

check that url copy and paste - http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=opera&rls=en&hs=gNp&q=helplinelaw.com&aq=f&oq=&aqi=

Doesn't really matter as long as you stick to one.

In line with Notorious' comment - it doesn't matter which one, but what is important is that whichever one you choose is used consistantly throughout the site.

You need to decide whether you want to use www or no www and be consistant with how you link to your internal pages. By not being consistent and always linking to your pages one way (either www or non-www) you create URL canonicalization issues... which leads to duplicate content and split page rank/link juice.

Every page on your site should have one and only one way to refer to it called the canonical ("preferred") URL. If there are multiple URLs that can be used to reference a page (e.g. www, non-www, with default document, w/out default document) then one should be selected as the canonical URL and all other non-canonical URLs should be redirected using a 301 redirect to the canonical URL. This will eliminate duplicate content on your site and the possibility of split page rank/link juice.

Pick either www or no www and use one way to link to all of your interal pages one way or other other.
