    The layout and design is good. What happens if your visitor does not have a lot of time to search your site to find the information they need? They will be off to the next site and you loss a potential customer. Here's what you need on the home page: Opt-in form at the top right corner of the page with FREE offer related to your service. It could be free e-book, e-wire (email), etc. to get the visitors name and email so you can follow-up. Then you can send them informational articles and pitch them on your products. What do you think?
