Buying Wordpress theme for online ladies store

    Hello,

    I need a designer that can redesign one Wordpress theme for me, below is the theme from templatemonster;

    I need the person to design a look alike that, but to change the images to suit ladies online store, and with some addition;

    1. That template is not wide, I need it to be wide
    2. Add one more sidebar for right, so it will be 2 sidebar, both left and right
    3. Make a shorter banner image, so that there will be a spacious look
    4. Theme must be widgetized
    5. Change "spa relax" word to "seribatik.com" and redesign the font

    This online ladies store will sell Asian ladies clothes, we here called it batik, as what you can see from here, so u may have the idea;

    Can i order custom design from u based on the existing template? Is it only PSD or design + coding?
