    Hi,
    Mind enlightening as to why all thread with suggestions for BST are being closed for further discussion w/o any explanation? The latest being this one: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1441011

    If some users post garbage in a thread then those should be deleted w/infractions or whatever. Closing threads doesn't solve any purpose!

    Why doesn't the staff just say "All our users are stupid people and we don't want any suggestions from you so just shut up!"?

    threads are closed for a variety of reasons, none of which is any of your business.
    i would suspect that one was closed due to the whining and complaining and should remain closed.

    If its none of our business , then why are they even created??Just to tell that this new rule has been implemented and if someone isnt confortable with that rule and shares his views then the thread will be closed...right??And sorry to say , but your above comment was pretty rude.

    So the suggestions and feedback that dont go well with the admin/mods are considered as whining??And i suppose this forum section is for suggestion and feedback.

    The issue was that a thread with good activity going on for months was closed all of a sudden w/o any *obvious* reason even though there was no other thread discussing the issue.
    The thread has been re-opened and issue resolved, thank you. :)

    True , neither can every suggestion be implemented.

    But that doesnt mean we cant have our say.In the particular thread mentioned , you only said that you are welcoming new suggestions.So even if our views were complaints , acc to me that thread shouldnt have been closed(its open now though).

    Right now the only complaint I see are people complaining that a thread was accidentally closed (but reopened).
