Google Caffeine finally going live official word from Google

Well as of a few hours ago Google had updated the Caffeine Data Center to read.

"Sandbox is retired.....

We appreciate all the feedback from people who searched on our Caffeine sandbox.
Based on the success we've seen, we believe Caffeine is ready for a larger audience. Soon we will activate Caffeine more widely, beginning with one data center. This sandbox is no longer necessary and has been retired, but we appreciate the testing and positive input that webmasters and publishers have given."


Finally this will be going live soon. It appears the caffeine results are live on another Google test DC http://www4.google.com

So I guess we all should be prepared for some changes in the days to come.

 

I cant wait!!! My sites will all move up!

 

I am not sure if I should be happy or rather worry about it... I hope that I will get more traffic in total but no one may be sure about his position in new index.

Google Caffeine Sandbox had no variations for my targeted keywords. Not sure how many people will it affect.

"I did a quick blog post, but the upshot is that we'll roll out at one data center pretty soon. I don't expect us to roll out at multiple data centers until January (after the holidays). We could have rolled out sooner, but we figured that waiting until after the holidays would help reduce stress for webmasters."

I thought it was already turned on weeks ago but guess not yet

Dont know how my sites will do but im sure its just a matter of time till
they hit the first pages again for there keywords regardless of caffeine
and any other algo changes thrown our way

Matt is saying that they should be releasing the live DC soon so atleast we will be able to monitor our sites prior to the roll out. If I see the DC posted I will post on here.. I myself thought the infastructure was already in place as well. Guess I was wrong..

 

Google have been updating a lot of things lately, now Google caffeine, awesome. I can't wait till i can see it in action myself. Esp being a webmaster, i am wondering how it would affect my web traffic

 

The Live Data Center should be public very soon... This way you can track your site.

It was more fun when caffeine was "alive". This sounds like never ending waiting again..

And btw, www4.google.com is not showing same results as old caffeine test page.

Matt cutts is now saying the rollout will be the first part of January.. So don't expect in Caffeine changes yet..

 

I agree. However I have seen things changing on that DC.. I am sure we will have the new Live Dc soon that we can watch..

Yea it was decent of Matt to wait till after the holidays so that the guys that worked hard on there sites
dont get the rug pulled out from under them during the busiest time of the year so... kudos to him for that

As for the caffeine and my sites...

i tested them a few times for different keyword terms and they where actually higher in caffeine sandbox
so im not really worried one way or another but dont really understand what they did that has everyone so
giddy and gay but guess ill pay more attention when its live and im doing my SEO.

Should be interesting once they roll it out completely. I imagine some will be happy with it and others not so happy. I tried the sandbox a number of times and didn't notice any drastic change. Mostly slight minimum changes, but guess we will just have to wait and see once it's totally live how things go.

 

Great, all website will jumping around like peanut. We need to make the best from seo.

 

That's disappointing. If the testing is done, why wait two more months? I guess it's business as usual for G... keep everyone confused.
