    Not sure if there is any TM issue with that domain.
    8 is a premium number! So I'd say high $xx to low $xxx for your domain ;)

    I see this domain's worth to be from high $xxx to low $xxxx for sure :) gr8 numeric domain!

    btw: I just noticed that this domain name was unregistered few months back and I tried to register it but most registrars didn't allowed me to register as it is a 3 char name (except 1 registrar but they accept only CC payment so I left it without registering)

    Even if 888.com is TM, the owner of 888.us can develop it in something not related to poker. 888 are only random numbers for some people who dont know about 888.com ;)
    I'd say there is no TM issue at last.

    You are looking at about less than $500 for that domain due to its extension. Trademark could also potentially be an issue.

    Great domain name but you are a better person than me if you are going to look to run with this domain, the minute that the site gets wind of the domain they will look to take it off you.

    Personally i think if you are looking to sell then the poker room would be the best people to contact with a view to cut a fair price deal.

    Search for 888 at USPTO.gov and you'll see what I mean.
    http://www.wipo.int is also a good source.

    IMHO it's a great name and it's not fair that someone "might" try to overtake it, but there's a real risk.

    Why do you think it was unregged?

    There's NO way you can own this domain name.
