it wont be worth anything if its not getting traffic or making money the more revenue or traffic the more its worth. I just recently sold a site making around 3k a month for about 100k so it really depends.

 

depends on traffic you are getting, and repeat visitors may be important too...check out Flippa.com, they may be a good place to sell it on.

 

I have purchased a couple of sites, I would personally almost never pay more than 8x the monthly revenue. The only exception might be if it is getting a good amount of traffic and the owner just didn't know how to monetize it properly. However, if you are on this forum for long, you should have a pretty good idea. Therefore, you probably don't fit that category.

If your website isn't making any money, it isn't worth much money at all.

You can use some sites to check the estimated value of the site.Its computing mainly based on alexa ranking,number of backlinks,domin age,keyword density etc..www.dnscoop.com is a goog site to forcast the vale just for an estimation.

You can try getting people to bid on your site.

Usually people sell their websites at a price that is a number of times the average monthly income the website is getting, plus the amount of traffic it receives is also an added factor.

 

I would say it depends upon how traffic is gathered through interesting people plus the hot and timely contents of a website. All you have to do is to ensure that these audiences will keep on coming to your website often so that more other people can recommend.

by the way u'r site is only one month old and has an alexa rank less than 2 Million with no backlinks and no page indexed in google. This shows u r using blackhat methods rather than organic traffic.
