I haven't decided on the number of copies. PR is of homepage, but as you know if the blog is PR 4 it's likely that it has some PR2-3 pages. My recommendation is to comment on latest posts.

Most blogs in the list are moderated, so no spamming

No those are Lucia's linky love and other similar plugins. CommentLuv inserts your latest post (if your has an RSS feed) as a nofollow link apart from the 'homepage' link that you insert.

Review: Very nice list, sorted by Category and PR. Also remarks like "Minimum 3 comments for dofollow" and such is included if needed. Did some random checks, could not find any nofollow blogs. Also looks like I got more like 600 blogs then 400

 

Here goes my review:

This guy stated he is selling 400 urls, but I got 606 urls. I have not seen such organized list any where. Clearly giving the PR, alexa, niche, comment plugin details and what not. If you are looking to post links in these blogs right away this blog list is a one stop solution.

I have never seen a single no follow or less PR link. Great going and I recommend this list to any one who has very less time who needs to blog comment from day 1
