    Hi.. Last month I started a new blog on blogspot and it is not indexed in google. It has been over 20 days now. I have submitted the url in google as well but nothing happened..

    You have absolutely no backlinks. Build atleast a few, you can't expect Google to read your mind and index your blog. It has to find the URL of your blog on some other site so that it know about it and index it.

    index process takes at least 15 days, you know it when you search for your domain name.
    I checked google, i think you should wait a little more.
