Magic in SERP's!

Hi,

I am observing a strange fluctuation in SERP's so that why I have called it magic. My website was not ranked for a keyword well in top 10 pages in Google, then after doing some work for that particular keyword I got it rank in 2 page and it stayed there for a week. By the next day I find it no where in top 10 pages. I continued my activities as before and by the next day it was again on 2nd page...so this hide and seek continued for week. Since I didnt stop my work and the keyword started to improve its rank until it reached on 12 position. But it started again the same hide and seek problem since last week.

What is the problem or the issue you figure out?

i think backlink is ones faktor for SERP

 

Is your site new? could be a sandbox issue ..

 

Is your site new or are you competing for competitive keywords?

 

Back links are enough...and still growing...
Site is not new..its 2 years old and have a couple of years in life ahead too.
I think the keyword is not so competitive too..

that is the usual google dance for new websites trying to rank for competitive terms, you need to keep building links.

 

That's why I asked if his website is new .. But it's not the case ..

 

It could be sandbox, or Google Dance, all are normal with a new site.

 

This is not happenging to you only. You are not alone in this.

 

This is happening to almost all new websites. But after some times your rank will stay around one place for long time.

 

Hmm, I agree this happens with new websites. But in this case my website isn't new. Its been 2 years old and well indexed by Google. Yesterday, it was in SERP's and now its not
