How to get more article submissions for a PR3 article site

    My client has a PR 3 article site that's been around for quite some time. Their page rank is real and did not come from a dropped domain. What promotional methods do you guys suggest my client use in getting quality article submissions from webmasters who want 3 backlinks from each article?

    The ideas that come to mind:

    1) Join a webmasters' Yahoogroup and publicize there
    2) Contact bloggers to ask them to write free reviews of the directory
    3) Use twitter to get followers and tweet about the latest posts and solicit people to submit their posts

    Any other ideas?

    Move to as many as forums and directories.. Post it over there. You will get good submissions ( Spams too D:)

    Optimize it to appear in google for search terms like "submit articles", "submit article" or "article submission"...
