The site is run on vbulletin. And we are including all licenses in the sale of this site. Which is 1 Owned Vbulletin license, 1 VBSEO license, and 1 Vplaza license.

There is also tons of custom code. And we also have 2 premium styles with are not installed which you will get with the site. We also have tons of SEO type modifications done by an SEO expert.

We will take offers for the site without all the licenses, but would like to include all of the licenses

Damn I really love this deal and would buy it but dude I hope you know it is not worth 1,200. It has 250 members which is nice but it also has no activity at the moment. The last forum I sold was for $350 and we had over 350 members and 100,000 post. If your willing to lower the price, do a trade, partner up and be my co-owner, I will really like to do this.

 

All the licenses are renewed for a year and the domain for a year.

Those alone updated and renewed for the year are worth that. We are willing to take lower offers but thats kind of low, unless your inquiring without the licenses, then thats different

 

Just wanted to say I messed up the page views and it wont let me edit it. It was pointed out to me I left a 0 off. Its 20K page views a month it was over 60K , but like I said it would be a great site if anyone has the time.
