    - Buy 5-10 quality articles $50
    - Add AdSense or another form of revenue.
    upload to your (new) unlimited domain hosting

    Start your SEO process
    - Pay someone for sig links and forum posting $20

    REPEAT

    This is general overview but you should be able to get 10 quality websites up and running for $1000

    Invest in any thing the thing is work hard on that until you succeed that's the best policy if any investment gives surety of success than all the wold would invest in that so it doesn't matter much the thing that matter is hard work.
