    1. reduce the number of sub-directories shown on the page - it's too cluttered now
    2. put up a proper banner or logo in the header section
    3. add some color into the color scheme
    4. change the fonts scheme

    the only upside at the moment is it's got some decent pr... ;)

    I would also suggest you to have some different backgrounds for each category in place of reducing subcategories

    move the internet category and make it equal to others and take the Google AdSense away, place it somewhere else

    You have to much free space in the bottom where " S E O Directory - Free Submit Free Online Games Free Games" are

    make the extreme tracker a little bit smaller

    and finally MAKE A PROPER HEADER.

    I would suggest removing the border around your adsense ad for better blending. (Use a combination of the same blue you're using for your link + black text).

    For your header: I would redo your logo (it's also in very low JPEG quality, if you'd like optimization, try saving it in GIF, it's more clear & loads fast too).
