    hi
    I need guidance!

I recently made a partnership with one of guy from DP
    The partnership is like following

i own the site but didn't get approved by adsense. i made 2 try but still they are saying "Unacceptable site content". i don't know why! bcoz neither my site is adult, nor new! here:www.sportsstatsblog.com

so my partner offered me as "i will put my adsense code on your site and we will take earnings as 50-50"

so today i asked him about earnings and he said"no earnings still"
i got confused because i am getting 50-60 unique visitors daily and about 1000+ page views so how it is possible ??

so i had asked him to give me screenshot "as proof"

he said doing this is against "TOS". i was chating with him on Y!M so i asked him "i am not asking you to show openly. we are online on private chat! if not possible by screenshot then take a snap by your camera and send me"

then also he was saying "it's against TOS"

so will you plz guide me?? is he really innocent or he is making me fool??

    plz reply asap!

    waiting for your opinions!

    regards
    adwait

I think you have copied content on your website. Thats is why Google is not approving your website for AdSense.

Also, since Google considers your website content as "Unacceptable site content" your friend is jeopardizing his own AdSense account and may get banned.

I say both of you cancel this partnership and first make a site acceptable by AdSense first.

This is the part of the terms about sharing information, which indicates that your friend can freely share information about how much he is earning from the ads on your site:
Note, though, that if you are only getting 50-60 unique visitors daily, you shouldn't be expecting very many clicks - maybe 1 or 2 a day.

(And I agree with Mr. Gill that your friend is risking his account by putting his code on your unapproved site. Much better to get your site into compliance and then use your own code.)

Yeah i think you have 2 problems....

    1) like someone said above, you only get 50 visits a day which is not alot really mate, you will be lucky to get a click or 2 every other day.
Plus my personal opinion is that your ads arent positioned in such a way that they will have a high CTR anyway, i would expect about 2% CTR on your site.

    2) the situation your in is no use to you at all long term.
If i was you.. i would set up a quick forum... adsense love forums.

Get a random domain, setup a free phpbb forum, put some info on it. and i think google will accept your site.
Once you have been accepted you can put your ads on any site.
Then you can enjoy life having your own adsense account and u'll know where you stand.

Ok, I see exactly why Google doesn't like your site. It's not duplicate content. Copyscape shows you with just two small instances of this.

I can't imagine you did this to your own site so I'm assuming you have been hacked. View the page source on your index page. Look at the keywords listed below <!-- platinum seo pack 1.3.1 -->

You have hundreds of unrelated keywords including a ton of porn keywords. Google may not use those meta keywords but that doesn't mean they can't see them.

I would get those removed immediately and then spend some time securing your site a little better. Once cleaned up, submit for reconsideration and use your own AdSense code.
