    Color seems to be very fade and sorry to say i'm not happy with your design, if its healthcare and medical job searching website, so design should be unique and decent. Redesign your website if possible, check out some health websites for color scheme and you put less keywords, put 8-10 high density keywords. Search jobs button should be very very impressive, that peoples have to click it. good luck !

    does not look professional... it takes be a few seconds to understand just what it it. you need a leader. that is something that is going to lead there eye to a point, and then pitch what you are all about.

    Its called psychodynamics and is very important in webdesign because you only have 3.2 seconds to hold someone eye... and then the user will decide if they want to read more.

    In general, psychodynamics, also known as dynamic psychology, is the study of the interrelationship of various parts of the mind, personality, or psyche as they relate to mental, emotional, or motivational forces especially at the unconscious level

    The design and color schemes are not very attractive and looks old and colors are fade.Since it is a healthcare and job seraching website make the design unique and professional.
