Anyone lucky enough to get a response from CJ Support lately? I've been trying to send in my support request several times but still haven't heard back from them for weeks.

Wow, must be something wrong with my email system then. I'll had some filters turned on.. But I've searched for the possible texts in the requests I sent to them, but found nothing in my mails. Isn't it usually coming from @custhelp.com?

They can be pretty slow to respond some times. And the response you get can be pretty lame.

I used their support a few times. Sometimes I got a response within a few hours and sometimes I needed to wait a few days.

I sent them couple messages with around 20 questions. I want to compile the whole inquiries under 1 package to ask them and it's been almost a month and I haven't been able to get a response. Then after that, I used a couple 1-2 questions sent into their system and still no response from them. I've check and double check with all the possible messages coming in my email system and no luck at all. I guess I am going to keep bug them in smaller chunks. But by now, my original 20 questions had been answered by half already. Heck, at this rate I know all the answers by the end of the month.

For some reason, I can't have my questions registered with their help ticket system. I submitted and then went back to check the status only to find out nothing was recorded. I ended up have to email it to them and voila, it's in their ticket system. Anyone else having this issue? Strange!

There is a big queue probably that why you will get answer only after 2-3 days , better to call them , it is faster !

    Is there any support really?

I've sent in a message about advertisers not paying leads. I was promoting one of their offers, i was suspecting there might be something wrong because i didnt even get 1 conversion on a free offer. So i did it myself from another computer, not only the lead didnt count, there was nothing on the success page, no success pixel or anything.

I waited for 3 days to get a response and all i got was an automated response about "how to generate reports / stats" as if, thats what i asked. Simply stupid. How many times you would need support from a company, only 1 per year maybe, and that was the experience i got. Not to mention, the advertiser who did not count the leads is owned by the same parent company of CJ.

    Oh well.

Yep! I tried the same thing. No credit for my lead, etc. No support, nothing! Is CJ going downhill or is it just their support system? I think the email system got problem too because I tried to use it to contact the Advertiser only to wait forever for a response. It really really sucks now!

They have the worst customer support imaginable. Every time I've asked them a question, they copied and pasted some generic response with links to an unhelpful FAQ.
