Let's get something straight; social bookmarking isn't "great" for SEO, it's a "great" way to build links to inner web pages as an initial backlink building strategy. I've never even heard of the one you suggested; the top ones being Digg, Mixx, etc are usually the top ones to start with. Work more on building unique relevant links instead of the same old social bookmarking links everyone has. Considering review your competitors links via the Yahoo! linkdomain search operator and see which ones you can copy or mimic.

Digg and Delicious are two of the most popular and widely used social bookmarks today. So far, they have great feedbacks from users, including our company, Web Agents Pro.

Actually it depends on you how much effort you're making on social networks as some guys uses these networks for promoting their site/product. Link in digg, propeller people use to submit their sites/blogs recent posts and grab lots of traffic through that and alsosome of them just make a profile page on hundreds of social networks. Because to get the backlinks..Never use networks for promoting just share very good stuff which could be beneficial for millions.

In my opinion http://digg.com/ is the best social book marking website.Digg is a technology news website that combines social bookmarking, blogging, RSS, and non-hierarchical editorial control. With digg, users submit stories for review, but rather than allow an editor to decide which stories go on the homepage, the users do.

Digg still remains the best, but you'll always need to get people to digg the post that you bookmarked so it will remain on the first page
